Cate is Principal Consultant at The Safe Step in Melbourne, dealing with senior HSE, Risk and Environment professionals in both contract and permanent markets.
Cate holds over 15 years’ experience in search and talent acquisition with nine years specialising within Health, Safety and Environment across all industries within Australia and New Zealand. Cate has led and coached high performing teams, managed projects including major talent acquisition drives and reviewed and improved talent on-boarding practices and processes.
Cate continuously delivers, for both clients and candidates through her sound judgment, attention to detail, energy and relentless focus on results.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my boys and our menagerie of pets. I'm also a keen snow skier and traveller.
