Which type of contracting is right for you?
'PAID AS YOU GO' CONTRACTING
Assignments are flexible and can range from a handful of days, up to several months.
You typically earn a higher hourly/daily rate, but only get paid for the time worked.
You don't receive sick leave or holiday pay.
Offers variety & flexibility
FIXED TERM CONTRACTING
Assignments are for a set period. Contract periods vary but often last six, nine or 12 months.
Earn a regular pay packet and receive standard benefits including paid holidays, sick leave and other entitlements.
