Craig is the Founder of The Next Group of businesses, including The Next Step, The Safe Step and The HR Space.
Craig is one of Australia's most experienced HR practitioners and talent resourcers, having specialised in the HR field since 1992. His initial career commenced in engineering before transitioning his skills into IR/HR and talent acquisition. With expertise in managing businesses both in the UK and locally, Craig established The Next Step in 1998 specifically to service the marketplace with HR capability.
With a strong knowledge of current human resources practices and an excellent feel for the Australian human resources market, Craig is a leader in the business and maintains a hands-on role focusing on the recruitment and sourcing of senior human resources professionals across all industries.
