Opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading manufacturers of animal nutrition solutions. We are looking for a HSE Business Partner who can drive safety culture and can manage environmental. A great opportunity to join a successful company that continues to grow.

The Role

  • Work with site based operational leaders to drive safety culture
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Responsible for coaching stakeholders on best practice safety and environmental
  • Safety and enviro training, risk analysis, risk mitigation, incident investigation and audit
  • Take the lead on environmental issues including reporting and communication
What we are looking for
  • A proven track record in HSE business partnering with significant experience in environmental
  • Environmental experience including dealing with the EPA, community engagement and communications both written and verbal
  • Ability to coach, train and influence stakeholders to deliver change
  • Good knowledge of OHS/WHS/Environmental legislation ideally within manufacturing
  • Highly developed communication skills who can build relationships at all level
