About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Health and Safety Advisor to support clients and collaborate with an expert team. Based in their Sydney CBD office, you will lead an office based Safety Advisory team, develop tailored WHS solutions, and drive positive outcomes for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on WHS matters to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional WHS advisory services and support business growth.
  • Enhance service delivery through training, coaching, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve services and contribute to business development.
  • Act as the primary contact for client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
  • Engage with clients regularly to support and oversee service delivery.
  • Deliver training to clients, promoting awareness and a culture of safety.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience as a WHS Generalist or similar role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current WHS legislation and its practical application.
  • Tertiary qualification in WHS (Diploma level or higher).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in medium to high-risk industries.
  • Leadership experience managing a small team of WHS professionals (preferred).
