About you
- We are looking for an accomplished safety professional with a high level of experience in Work Health and Safety with a focus on Psychosocial Risk and OVA
- Experience in developing wellbeing programs in a large complex business
- High EQ and the ability to influence, build relationships and foster change
- Well versed in RTW strategies and workers compensation
- Safety systems development and improvement
The Role
- You will be responsible for WHS across 3 sites and supporting 600 people
- Manage workers compensation and RTW
- Develop and build wellbeing and psychosocial programs
- Re-work the safety management system
- Improve safety culture through relationship building and influencing at all levels
- Be the SME for interpreting legislation, regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
