Tim has deployed complex people infrastructure frameworks, new operating models and processes within businesses and held the roles of Manager Organisational Capability, Culture & Career Development at Melbourne Water and National Leadership, Learning and Development Manager - SAPL at Simplot, one of Australia’s largest FMCG businesses.


Tim is a commercially oriented leader, who focuses on the use of metrics to continuously measure the effectiveness of programs and projects and influence key stakeholders.
